Ingredients List

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

Cooking Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat grill pan over medium-high, brush with olive oil
  3. Grill chicken 4-5 minutes per side until cooked
  4. Combine greens, avocado, tomatoes, feta in large bowl
  5. Slice chicken and add to salad bowl
