Ingredients List

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat until melted
  2. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant
  3. Add shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink
  4. Pour heavy cream, simmer until thickened
