Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Oil (for cooking beef and toasting burrito)
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Cumin
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cravings Salsa
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheese (Cheddar/Monterey Jack blend recommended)
  • Cooked brown rice
  • Shredded cabbage (or lettuce)
  • Diced red onions
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions:
  1. Cook the Beef: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 lb of ground beef and break it apart.
  2. Season the Beef: Sprinkle generously with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add Salsa: Stir in 1/2 cup of Fresh Cravings Salsa with the cooked beef. Mix well and cook for another minute or two to heat through.
