1. Creamy Garlic Shrimp:


  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Serve with chopped parsley, if desired.
