What is the perfect diet in the world? The perfect diet plan would all of the nutritional requirements. It would also help prevent diseases like cancer, macular degeneration, and heart disease. The perfect diet would only contain natural foods—nothing with GMOs, artificial flavors and colors, or chemical additives. A healthy diet needs to be fully organic.

Creating the best diet plan to lose weight requires you to look at food from a different angle. Instead of eating based on cravings, you have to think about how you will get the nutrition. Where are you going to get the valuable nutrients from?

It’s hard to know exactly which foods you should have in a given day to fulfill your body’s requirements for nutrients. So what I did is I created a software that helps you with this problem. It compares the foods you eat to the number of nutrients you should be having. This allows you to figure out what areas of your diet need to be improved, and it shows you the foods you need to eat in order to have a healthy diet plan.

Keep in mind that most people are deficient in nutrients. This software allows you to prevent and correct deficiencies before they become a major problem.

  6. I lost 220 lbs in 1995 by eating measured amounts from the 5 basic food groups. I did 1300 calories for 2 weeks, then did 1500 to 1600 calories the next 2 weeks and continued this for 14 months. I went from 365 pounds to 145 pounds with this eating regimen and have kept it off w/ out a lot of exercise. I mainly walked , very little in the beginning, I was so heavy, I could hardly breathe. I believe that nutritious eating with portion control and moderate exercise are key to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. I had a very traumatic experience before I gained the huge amount of weight in 1987 and went into a very deep depression and thought I was dealing with it . I went from 125 pounds to 365 pounds in about 3 years. The huge weight gain caused numerous serious chronic health problems. I had many prayers and God’s strength and miraculous power that gave me the strength and willpower to continue with the whole situation. He truly is a miracle worker. AMEN.😄😄😄🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏

Thank you Doctor since I watch your video , I beginning with keeping my mind calm, avoiding stress; then I follow your suggestion of diet—not have too many meals , a lot of vegetables , low cab , some protein, no starving, a lot of walks … I am diabetic-1, my blood sugar is much under control and stable. My regular weight is 48kg (1.63m height) , because of stress and fatigue , I always craving sweets, peanuts, noodles … So My weight is up to 57kg.   13. Thank you Dr. Berg. Now I know I have adrenal problems. But I also have money problems, I’m 69 years old on Social Security with a heart problem. I have problems just affording my medication. but I wanted to thank you so very much for all of your very informative videos. Believe it or not they are helping me in different ways.
