• Grab your toes and stretch your foot downward (not upward!)
• Stretch and relax your foot 10 times
• Rate your pain again from 0 to 10

2. Avoid all pro-inflammatory foods
• Reduce refined sugar and carbs
• Eliminate junk food
• Avoid refined oils and omega-6 fatty acids (like vegetable oils in salad dressings)

  1. I was very fortunate last night when I found this video. I was in pain level 8-9. Was having difficulty putting my foot on the floor. I did the stretches as explained while watching the video.
    I woke up to almost no pain.

  5. I work every day on my feet, walking 15-20 miles. I’m only 32 years old but I constantly wake up at a pain level of 7, sometimes 8. Doing these stretches put my pain at a 2 after doing them just ten times. Thank you!! I will be doing them every day now.

    UPDATE:

    I’ve done this every day since this post and my pain is so low it’s like I’m a whole different person. If I feel like I’m in pain I just do the stretches and bam, it’s gone.

    You are an absolute Godsend. I have been debilitated since early December, 2021, for 10 weeks now, unable to walk, especially after arising from bed.

    • I urge you to please keep up with actively healing your plantar fascia. I have had this crippling pain for 9 years and the longer you don’t treat it properly the harder it is to heal.
